RPS is seeking Logging Technicians for our United Utilities contract to deploy logging devices that record acoustic information from the water network pipework, enabling leak detection. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain entry into the water industry and develop skills with a leading UK Environmental Consultancy. The pay rate is the Real Living Wage plus benefits. Applications are especially encouraged from candidates in Greater Manchester.
This is a permanent full-time role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working outdoors, deploying and collecting logging devices on water network fittings.
- The data will help locate leaks and reduce water loss.
- Full training will be provided.
