We’re proud to be delivering nationally significant projects and playing a key role in advancing sustainable development across the UK and Ireland. With a strong pipeline of peatland restoration, energy infrastructure, and environmental assessment projects, we are seeking an Environmental Scientist to join our Environmental Assessment team in Belfast.
Mandatory Requirements
- Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Geography, Environmental Engineering, Hydrogeology, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in EIA processes—including screening, scoping, data analysis, and technical chapter authorship.
- Ability to interpret environmental data, apply regulatory guidance, and work confidently within multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality EIA outputs.
Desirable
- Experience working with peatland environments, restoration projects, or nature recovery programmes.
- Experience coordinating EIA inputs across multiple technical disciplines, liaising with environmental regulators, and using GIS or spatial analysis tools.
- Experience delivering environmental assessments within consultancy settings.
