- Starting salary of up to £35,000 per annum

Overview:
Our client currently seek an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Consultant to join their fast-growing commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven B2B sales professional with a strong track record of developing new business, building relationships and consistently exceeding sales targets.
You’ll represent a portfolio of website and digital marketing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses across the UK, taking a consultative approach to understanding individual business needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
The role is ideal for someone who combines the drive and tenacity required to generate new business with the commercial awareness and consultative selling skills needed to close high-value opportunities and develop long-term client relationships.
You’ll take ownership of the full sales process, from proactive prospecting and lead qualification through to consultation, proposal and close, while working closely with the wider commercial and marketing teams.
Duties include:
- Drive new business opportunities through proactive B2B prospecting and outreach
- Generate leads using LinkedIn, email, video messaging, networking and other relevant channels
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Qualify incoming and self-generated leads to identify commercially viable opportunities
- Conduct detailed consultations via video, telephone and face-to-face meetings
- Understand prospective clients’ business objectives, challenges and digital marketing requirements
- Present appropriate website and digital marketing solutions in a professional and consultative manner
- Develop credible, value-led proposals tailored to individual client requirements
- Manage opportunities throughout the complete sales cycle from initial contact through to close
- Negotiate and close new business opportunities in line with agreed sales targets and KPIs
- Build strong relationships with prospective and newly acquired clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, opportunities and pipeline progression within the CRM
- Work closely with the marketing team to support live events, webinars, workshops and other lead generation activity
- Attend relevant networking events and represent the business professionally
- Consistently identify new opportunities to grow revenue and expand the client base
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, prospect engagement and commercial performance
Experience Required:
- 3+ years' experience within B2B sales or consultative selling in the digital marketing sector
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering strong commercial results
- Demonstrable experience developing and maintaining a healthy new business pipeline
- Strong new business development and prospecting skills
