Who we are looking for:

Position Details:
- Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
- 1.0 FTE (40 hours a week with 34 hours of clinical and 6 hours of admin time)
- EMR system is EPIC
- Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 7:00 pm
Position highlights:
- Base compensation $127k - $141k. Total potential compensation ranges from $149k - $200k
- $15k Hiring Bonus
- $20k Relocation allowance
- $50k student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after your start date
- $1,500 monthly auto/home stipend for the first year
- $25K geographical pay differential
- Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed)
- 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala

Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
