In addition, Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic is dedicated to ensuring we are available to keep our communities healthy, educated, and informed of our services.

Who we are looking for:

  • A Physician Assistant passionate about community health and family medicine
  • A healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations

Position Details:

  • Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
  • 1.0 FTE (40 hours a week with 34 hours of clinical and 6 hours of admin time)
  • EMR system is EPIC
  • Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 7:00 pm

Position highlights:

  • Base compensation $127k - $141k. Total potential compensation ranges from $149k - $200k
  • $15k Hiring Bonus
  • $20k Relocation allowance
  • $50k student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after your start date
  • $1,500 monthly auto/home stipend for the first year
  • $25K geographical pay differential
  • Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed)
  • 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala

Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
