We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Insurance Broker to join our team. While previous insurance experience and knowledge would be advantageous, we are also keen to hear from candidates with strong administration and customer service backgrounds who are looking to build a career within insurance. Key Responsibilities
- Supporting personal and commercial insurance customers with their enquiries
- Handling day-to-day policy administration accurately and efficiently
- Using our broking systems to update records, process information, and manage insurance documentation
- Preparing customer files and maintaining electronic records
- Issuing quotations, documentation, and correspondence
- Taking payments for insurance policies over the telephone
- Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
- Welcoming customers into the office and assisting with front desk enquiries
- Providing general administrative support across the team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within the insurance sector preferred
- Experience using Acturis broking system would be advantageous
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Confident and professional communication skills, both over the phone and in person
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- A personable and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
