Role Description This is a full-time on-site role involving travel throughout Scotland/NE for a Ventilation Engineer.
This role involves the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ventilation systems for commercial properties which also include refurbishment and/or replacement of air handling units and fans.
Reporting to the Supervisor/Project Manager, youll be responsible for safe, compliant, and programme-driven delivery in line with CDM 2015, the Building Regulations, and our quality management systems.

Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge supported by qualifications relating to ventilation systems, installation techniques, and maintenance procedures.
Valid CSCS card.
Demonstrable experience on UK construction projects delivering ventilation and air conditioning works.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, refrigerant pipework, AHUs and FCU's.
Comprehensive understanding of UK construction health & safety legislation, CDM 2015 duties, and permit-to-work systems.
Confident reading M&E drawings, schematics, equipment schedules, and BIM/Revit-issued models.
Strong written and verbal communication and organisational skills, with IT literacy.
Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Relevant certifications or training in HVAC or ventilation systems are required.
A valid drivers license is required for travel to client locations.
