We are seeking a highly organised, focused, and ambitious Project Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Glasgow. In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of energy-related projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality, time, and budget requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing project timelines
  • Overseeing vendor and contractor performance
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Facilitating inspections
  • Coordinating logistics
  • Driving team collaboration

The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to support the sales team by carrying out site surveys as required, contributing to the wider success of the business.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Project Management, including scheduling, milestone tracking, budgeting, and reporting
  • Experience in procurement of materials and sub-contractors to meet project and budget targets
  • Familiarity with Inspection processes to ensure quality standards and compliance are met
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical & electrical services
  • Knowledge of BMS controls and control strategies
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and under tight deadlines
  • Previous experience in M&E projects, energy-related projects or a similar industry is an advantage
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in project management, engineering, or related fields is preferred
