Salary: £35,000 – £45,000, dependent on experience

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Engineer / Supervisor to join our team. This role combines hands-on engineering expertise with site supervision responsibilities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
The successful candidate will possess strong technical HVAC knowledge, F-Gas certification, leadership skills, and the ability to oversee site teams whilst maintaining excellent client relationships.
Purpose of the Role
The HVAC Engineer / Supervisor will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, fault finding, and commissioning of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. In addition, they will supervise operatives and subcontractors on site, ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with programme requirements, specifications, health and safety legislation, and RPJ Energy Solutions' quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Engineering Duties
- Installation of commercial heating systems.
- Installation and maintenance of ventilation systems including: Heat Recovery Units (HRUs), Extract ventilation systems, Ductwork systems, Air Handling Units (AHUs) – refurbishment or replacement, Heat pumps and Fans and associated controls
- Installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault finding of HVAC equipment.
- Refrigerant pipework installation and pressure testing.
- System commissioning and performance testing.
- Diagnosing and rectifying faults within heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
