Key Responsibilities
- Manage audit engagements from planning through to completion.
- Review work prepared by team members and ensure quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with Senior Managers and Directors on complex issues.
- Develop expertise in industry-specific accounting issues (e.g. reserves, impairment, decommissioning).
- Apply knowledge of sector risks and regulatory requirements.
- Support clients in navigating complex reporting challenges.
Client Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Act as primary day-to-day contact for client queries.
- Identify opportunities to add value to client engagements.
- Manage, coach and develop audit team members.
