The UK Real Estate department is spread across the firm’s London and Bristol office. We have the resources and experience to deal with all aspects of commercial property and our reputation is built on our lawyers’ in-depth knowledge and experience across a range of sectors. Our practice areas include real estate investment, development and regeneration, retail, corporate occupiers, hotels and leisure, advising on all aspects of property management and assisting our corporate and insolvency teams on M&A and restructuring transactions.
We advise throughout the lifecycle of a property investment, from acting on the acquisition of single assets/property portfolios, to property management, landlord and tenant matters and disputes, to disposal and advising on exit liabilities. Although we work closely with other departments, only a small proportion of our work is in support.

We have a vacancy for an Associate with c.2-4 years of PQE. You will have excellent transactional real estate experience and particular strengths in areas of investment, corporate occupier, development and retail work. Candidates with additional experience in high value residential transactions are also welcome.
You will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy client contact and building professional relationships.
