RPC is seeking a commercial, technology and outsourcing associate (c. 2-4 PQE). The ideal candidate will be an excellent technical lawyer with a commercial approach to negotiations and problem solving. You will be involved in a selection of work, including supporting on commercial contracts, core technology contracts (cloud computing, systems development and digital transformation), advertising and marketing, adtech data matters and outsourcing (BPO, IT or otherwise).
