Clients include public and private corporates, private equity investors, investee companies, and management teams globally. We are well known for our sector expertise in technology and media, retail, insurance, and financial services.

Our business is of a scale and quality that can handle large matters while still maintaining a personal touch and flexibility to assist with daily business. The team is ranked Band 1 in Chambers 2024 (Corporate M&A: £10-100 million in London), and described as talented, eager to deliver results, and providing practical solutions to legal issues. The role

We are looking for a talented Senior Associate with 5+ years of post-qualified experience. You will have the opportunity to be involved in a diverse range of work: including private M&A, along with private equity. You will have the chance to develop deep sector expertise. You will have a high degree of autonomy and client involvement; you will be encouraged and supported in helping drive the business forward.

Knowledge, skills, and experience

  • 5+ years of PQE or equivalent relevant expertise.
  • Expertise in corporate work including private M&A, along with private equity.
  • Able to deliver legal and commercial solutions, working collaboratively with clients and colleagues to provide an outstanding client experience.
  • Ability to manage and develop strong relationships with clients based on an understanding of their business objectives.
  • Committed to business development to further grow the practice. Identifies and shapes commercial opportunities, encouraging others to participate.
  • Works efficiently and commercially, understanding the importance of financial hygiene and sharing this understanding with the team.
  • A collaborative leader within a team who coaches and develops junior team members to achieve their full potential.
