Our business is of a scale and quality which can handle large matters whilst still retaining a personal touch and the flexibility to assist on daily business. We guide tech start-ups through their financing rounds to acting for household name clients and major corporates.

The role

We are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate with c. 4-6 years of post-qualified experience.

You will have opportunity to be involved in a mix of work across our sectors, with particular focus on Private M&A.

You will be encouraged and supported to help drive the business and will have opportunity for a high level of client involvement and take an active role in business development.

Knowledge, skills and experience

  • 4-6 years of PQE, with a strong grounding in corporate law and in particular M&A transactional experience.
  • Delivers legal and commercial solutions and establishes collaborative working relationships with clients and colleagues to provide an outstanding client experience.
  • Supports the team to manage the client experience, develops trusted relationships and interacts with clients confidently to achieve the best outcome for the client.
  • Committed to business development to further grow their network and the practice spotting opportunities and sharing these with the team.
  • Works efficiently and commercially and understands the importance of financial hygiene.
  • Collaborative and works effectively in a team.
  • Understands how to develop junior team members.
