If you are a creative thinker who values personality as much as professionalism, we want to hear from you. Your two-year training contract includes four six-month rotations, giving you exposure to a variety of teams and practice areas. You will complete at least one Insurance seat and one Corporate & Commercial or Disputes seat, developing your commercial and legal skills while gaining a solid understanding of our business.
You may also have the opportunity to be seconded to one of our clients as an in-house lawyer, allowing you to build genuine relationships with the people behind the cases. In addition, there may be the chance to spend six months of your contract seconded to our Hong Kong or Singapore offices.
We believe personal growth comes from being challenged. You will be given real responsibility throughout your training, but you will never be left to fend for yourself. Our award-winning training ensures you have a Supervising Partner and Associate to support you day-to-day, a mentor to guide you, and a dedicated Trainee Development and Early Talent team to help you thrive.
If you are shortlisted, you will then be invited to an in-person assessment day in August. This includes a variety of exercises designed to help us understand your strengths and potential. You will also meet some of our Partners, Associates and Trainees, giving you a real insight into our unique culture. If you are successful following the assessment day, your training contract will start two years later.
