Our Solicitor Apprenticeship (level 7) helps build the foundations of a successful career as a solicitor, with the training and support you\’ll need to excel. The next intake will join our Bristol office in September 2026.
The six-year programme combines learning and study to help our apprentices develop key skills whilst growing their legal knowledge. Apprentices spend one day a week studying with The University of Law towards a law degree and the Solicitors Qualifying Examination. All university and exams fees are paid for by the firm and you will earn a salary throughout the programme.
The first year is spent within our Legal Matter Support team, followed by three 12-month placements within different legal teams before joining the training contract rotation for the final two years. This structure allows apprentices to gain an in-depth understanding of many different areas of law prior to qualification.
