The team Our highly regarded corporate team is recognised for both domestic and cross-border transactions. We act for well-known corporate entities and financial sponsors and receive regular mandates from management teams. Our business is of a scale and quality which can handle large matters whilst still retaining a personal touch and the flexibility to assist on daily business. We guide tech start-ups through their financing rounds to acting for household name clients and major corporates. The team is ranked Band 1 in Chambers 2026 (Corporate M) and we are committed to nurturing our people. With plenty of opportunity at all levels, we will support and encourage your development and progression.
The role We are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate with c. 4-6 years of post-qualified experience. You will have opportunity to be involved in a mix of work across our sectors, with particular focus on Private M.
