The General Liability Insurance team spans London and Bristol and works with a well‑established client base, providing employers, public and products liability services to insured businesses.
Our General Liability team seeks a lawyer (NQ+) to join the Bristol office. The role will manage personal injury claims, with opportunities in health and safety investigations, prosecutions, inquests and product regulation. You will drive cases to success, have autonomy, and contribute to business development.
Responsibilities- Manage fast track, intermediate and multi‑track personal injury claims.
- Advise on all legal aspects of claims, including coverage.
- Deliver timely, high‑quality outputs while meeting client SLAs.
- Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Capture and collate Management Information per agreed practice.
- Contribute to the development of team services, support, processes and procedures.
- Attend client events and travel to London as required.
- NQ and 4 years PQE or equivalent relevant experience.
- Grounding in handling personal injury claims and fast track litigation.
- Experience, or interest, in Product Law and Health.
