We are working with a well-established Engineering company who are currently recruiting for an experienced TIG welder Fabricator to join their team. The successful candidate must have previous experience working with narrow gauge materials and must be able to deliver quality and professional work.
Responsibilities:
- Operating MIG welders to weld thin gauge stainless steel and aluminium
- Interpret and work from engineering plans and drawings
- Follow company Health & Safety protocols at all times
- Operate Jigs and use basic hand tools
- Prepare and organize materials to be welded and machined
- Work to tight deadlines
- Liaise with the Production team
The company offers a 39hr week over 4 days Monday-Thursday plus overtime when required during peak times and the role will be subject to a weld test. They also offer progression and a company pension scheme and the pay rate is dependent on experience.
