Key Requirements:

  • 4+ years of tech support & Windows Service Desk experience
  • Expertise in Windows 10/11, builds, AD, SCCM, SCOM, Exchange, VMWare, Citrix, Avamar
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM tools (Ivanti, ServiceNow), password resets, user provisioning
  • Experience with remote desktop support, MS Office, VPN, web apps
  • Hands-on with patching, monitoring tools, and basic scripting
  • Excellent communication and ticketing/documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for laptops, desktops, printers
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues via phone/email/chat
  • Work with vendors & internal teams for resolution
  • Maintain knowledge base & SOPs
  • Mentor juniors and contribute to knowledge-sharing
