  • Experience providing remote support to end users
  • Troubleshooting with respect to Windows, Mac and Microsoft Office applications along with peripherals
  • Supporting and configuring server solutions including Windows, Exchange and virtualisation e.g. VM Ware
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy
  • Back up solutions and principles
  • Preventative maintenance on PCs, networks and servers
  • Office 365
  • Network devices such as wireless routers and firewalls
