We have an opportunity to join our client, a family run business supplying products for the home. They are looking for an Admin/Customer Service person, working from the office within a growing team.
As well as uploading new customers' details and arranging times and dates of deliveries of the client's products, you will get involved in other tasks such as taking inbound calls from customers and setting up their details and payment plans on the system.
The right candidate will have experience in customer service and administration but the right attitude and drive will be the most important aspect. You do not need any formal qualifications to be in Customer Service; your natural people skills and desire to help find the best solution will be the best quality.
