Experience
- Providing remote support to end users
- Troubleshooting with respect to Windows, Mac and Microsoft Office applications along with peripherals
- Supporting and configuring server solutions including Windows, Exchange and virtualisation e.g. VM Ware
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy
- Back up solutions and principles
- Preventative maintenance on PCs, networks and servers
- Office 365
- Network devices such as wireless routers and firewalls
