Our client is looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic individual (ideally with experience in the automation or engineering industry although not essential as training will be provided). Working in an office-based role, the sales engineer must have the ability to advise, follow up and complete sales interactions with our customer base and identify opportunities for them along the way.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver great customer service.
  • Assist in the generation of accurate and competitive sales quotations to meet the customers' requirements.
  • Help to build close relations with customers and suppliers.

Skill requirements include:

  • Knowledge of some engineering or technical products is an advantage but full training will be given to the right candidate.
  • Previous sales/account management ideally with an Industrial client base.
  • Excellent communication & organisational skills.
  • Good IT skills are essential.
