Our client is a leading supplier of products, including, amongst other sectors, drinks machines and parts. The business is growing, and we are looking for a skilled Technical Support Administrator to join their team.

Job Overview

Be instrumental in supporting their customer service team by communicating with customers, providing technical support, and acting as a liaison between their purchasing, parts and customer service departments as well as hands on checking of returns. Support the overall development and growth of the spare parts category.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manning the telephone lines in Customer Service.
  • Support the team by identifying requirements for customers.
  • Testing of returned parts to diagnose issues.
  • Evaluate solutions and communicate them back to the customer and wider team.

Necessary skills to do your job:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Some knowledge of electrics and hydraulics to enable testing - it is not necessary to have knowledge specifically of these products, just in a general sense.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
