Seeking a Senior Data Architect to lead data design and governance for a high-profile application. You will evolve early data models into a secure, scalable, and interoperable production-ready foundation aligned with GDS Service Standards. The role requires balancing OutSystems low-code delivery with strict security for sensitive demographic data.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop highly normalised, scalable data models ensuring performance and integrity
- Implement secure-by-design practices (RLS, data masking, encryption)
- Architect FHIR-based integrations via REST/OData
- Lead GDS data architecture (Point 10), covering minimisation, retention, and ethics
- Define data contracts and govern third-party integrations
Technical Skills
- Advanced SQL Server/Azure SQL (T-SQL, performance tuning, indexing)
- Database security (TDE, audit logging)
- Knowledge of interoperability standards and clinical safety (DCB0129/0160)
- Experience delivering successful GDS Beta Assessments
