I am seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with experience in Consulting to join our team. This role is critical in managing key client engagements, ensuring smooth delivery of services, and driving commercial opportunities. The ideal candidate must possess strong stakeholder management skills, as they will be the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with delivery teams and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
- Support commercial opportunities by building business cases and drafting Statements of Work (SOW).
- Handle escalations related to offshore/onshore delivery teams, working closely with the Head of Account to resolve issues efficiently.
- Partner with clients as their dedicated technical resourcing consultant, ensuring the right talent is deployed for project success.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in project execution.
- Monitor project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within a Big 4 consulting firm or similar high-caliber consulting environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in business case development and SOW creation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage escalations and resolve client concerns effectively.
- Experience working with offshore and onshore delivery teams.
- Solid understanding of technical resourcing and talent deployment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in IT or technology-driven project management.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
