THE COMPANY

A PE-backed, fast-scaling digital storage pioneer that’s Uber to taxis (or Airbnb to hotels) for students’ belongings. One tap and we collect from halls (no car needed), store securely, deliver back anywhere in the UK. We tackle real-world student challenges – summer move stress, limited space, and logistical hassle – giving universities stronger support and students more freedom.

THE ROLE

You’ll own university partnerships with full creative control from day one.

  • Scout & close university / accommodation deals
  • Light up freshers’ fairs, trade shows, and campus corridors with ideas that spread
  • Run nationwide offline campaigns: flyers in halls, OOH near unis, press that lands
  • Turn students into brand evangelists – your vision, your voice
  • Own the numbers: email/SMS flows, dashboards, leads/bookings/ROI

YOUR PROFILE

  • Multiple years experience in partnerships, events, or growth marketing (student = gold)
  • Proven wins: “Closed 10+ uni deals” or “Grew event leads 30% via social”
  • Confident networker: comfortable pitching to uni heads or running a stall solo
  • Highly organised and adaptable: juggles 5–7 projects, never drops a deadline
  • You’ve survived at least 3 freshers’ weeks (degree or not – campus know-how is everything)
  • Understanding of marketing principles a plus (CIM or similar training/certification ideal)
  • Tools: Mailchimp, Intercom, Canva, Google Analytics (or eager to master)

PACKAGE

  • ÂŁ45,000 – ÂŁ55,000 base + performance bonus potential
  • Hybrid: 3 days central London, 2 WFH + paid travel
