This leading ecommerce brand is looking to hire a Systems Manager to be responsible for managing, supporting, developing and configuring all systems, through managing 3rd party suppliers.

You will be the technology lead within the business, ensuring that every system in the business is optimised for performance, updates and integrations, as well as meeting the latest cybersecurity requirements.

Working with internal stakeholders, you will aim to guide the technology of the business to meet customer needs over the long term, while in the short term delivering reliable systems with minimal issues. Any issues raised by internal stakeholders or customers should be managed with the appropriate level of priority to enable the business to function as effectively and efficiently as possible.

This role will oversee all User Acceptance Testing within the business, and the person in this position should be able to lead by example with an incredible eye for detail, as well as understand what processes and governance needs to be implemented for each system with appropriate workflows and testing scripts.

Skills & Experience Required

• Must have led user accepting testing across multiple platforms including CMS and payment gateways
• IT Knowledge: Sound general IT Knowledge, including a good understanding of network infrastructures and authentication processes.
• Experience/exposure of working with Azure product suite (Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Defender) and other third party management tools, database management;
• Managing and installing 3rd party server applications.
• Experience of Office 365 and cloud solutions.
• Experience in designing, developing and implementing business-critical systems to meet organisational requirements and technology changes.
• Experience of Cyber Security solutions and good practice
