Senior Fullstack Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer with a strong background in building scalable, secure, and user-facing digital services.

Job details

• 6-month initial contract with a high potential for extension.
• Fully remote opportunity within the UK, with any ad-hoc travel expenses covered.
• Day Rate: Up to £350 per day (Inside IR35)
• Essential Requirement: Candidates must hold active SC Clearance.

The Role

You will be responsible for the end-to‑end design, development, and delivery of a critical, high‑scale digital service. Leveraging your expertise across the full technology stack, you will build robust solutions that meet stringent standards for security, performance, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Backend & APIs: Strong experience with Node.js and Spring Boot microservices, RESTful API design and containerisation with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS) .
• Integration & Data: Demonstrable skill in event‑driven design using Kafka and integration with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB/DocumentDB .
• Security: A proven track record of embedding security into the development cycle, with experience in IDAM/SSO‑R BAC, SSL/TLS and key‑management .
