Our client currently seeks a Sharepoint Support Specialist with expertise in ServiceNow to join their dynamic team on an initial 6 month contract. This role will be done on a Hybrid based working model (2 days on-site a week in London).
Technical Skills
- SharePoint site architecture, permissions model, and document libraries.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools for ticket management.
- Basic knowledge of Power Automate, PowerShell, and Microsoft Teams integration with SharePoint.
- Familiarity with content types, metadata, views, and version control.
- Ability to analyse issues, reproduce problems, and provide clear and actionable resolutions.
- Strong communication skills β able to explain technical solutions to non-technical users.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills to handle multiple tickets efficiently.
