One of our clients is looking for a SC Content Designer to join their dynamic team on a contractual basis. Location : Hybrid – 3 days onsite in London, 2 days remote Contract : 3-month initial contract with potential for a 12-month+ extension based on performance Start Date : 15th November Travel : Occasional travel to Wolverhampton (frequency to be confirmed) Clearance : SC Clearance required. Candidates should have worked on an SC-cleared project within the last 12 months for clearance transfer eligibility Competencies required User-centred content design Create content that presents users with the right information in the right format in the simplist way possible. Demonstrating skills in understanding end-to-end journeys and how a user needs affect the content in these journeys Identifying areas of improvement and how content changes can be implemented to address them Being responsible for the quality of content on a project Working with other content designers to review and evaluate work to ensure content is improved and iterated frequently User focus Collaborating with user researchers and advocating for users Analysing user data and how to iterate content based on feedback Explaining content decisions by referring to user needs and research Designing accessible content and building accessible services while advocating for this approach across the project Agile working Understand the role of content in multidisciplinary teams Working collaboratively with those from other disciplines Identifying the best processes and methods of delivery Helping teams to manage outcomes and prioritise work Content concepts and prototyping Working with service designers and interaction designers to build prototypes that can be tested with users Helping to visualise content using various methods and tools from paper sketches to Figma Establishing content patterns which can be tested and iterated Should this role speak to you, Kindly send a copy of your latest CV to naushad.c@rpint.com
