The Role
As a Senior Content Designer, you’ll be a key player in a specialist user-centred design (UCD) team, shaping digital products and services that help users achieve their goals. You’ll collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, advocate for content design best practices, and mentor emerging talent—all while ensuring accessibility and inclusion remain at the core of your work.
What You’ll Do
- Design clear, user-focused content that simplifies complex language and processes.
- Champion accessibility and inclusion in every content decision.
- Influence stakeholders and project teams on the value of content design.
- Drive improvements in user engagement, retention, and data quality.
- Contribute to and promote the use of style guides and content patterns.
- Mentor junior content designers and foster a collaborative content community.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in content design, ideally within digital product teams.
- Strong ability to advocate for user needs and evidence-based design.
- Experience working with design systems and content standards.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor and inspire others.
