Are you a seasoned Senior Content Designer passionate about creating user-centred content that makes a real impact? Join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing user experience and driving digital maturity within a forward-thinking organisation. The Role As a Senior Content Designer , you’ll be a key player in a specialist user-centred design (UCD) team , shaping digital products and services that help users achieve their goals. You’ll collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, advocate for content design best practices, and mentor emerging talent—all while ensuring accessibility and inclusion remain at the core of your work. What You’ll Do Design clear, user-focused content that simplifies complex language and processes. Champion accessibility and inclusion in every content decision. Influence stakeholders and project teams on the value of content design. Drive improvements in user engagement, retention, and data quality. Contribute to and promote the use of style guides and content patterns . Mentor junior content designers and foster a collaborative content community. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in content design , ideally within digital product teams. Strong ability to advocate for user needs and evidence-based design. Experience working with design systems and content standards. A collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor and inspire others.
