We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer with a proven background in building high-volume, scalable services.
Job details: 6-month initial contract with a high potential for extension. Fully remote opportunity within the UK, with any ad-hoc travel expenses covered.

The Role
- Key Technical Skills:
- API & Architecture: Strong skills in RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and event-driven integration using Kafka.
- Platform & Ops: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker for containerisation, alongside a strong understanding of AWS cloud services.
- Data & Security: Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and a solid grasp of security principles (IDAM/IdP, SSO, RBAC, SSL/TLS).
- Ways of Working: A disciplined approach to CI/CD pipelines and Git best practices, with experience working in agile, multi-disciplinary teams.
