Back End Developer

Full-Time No home office possible

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer with a proven background in building high-volume, scalable services.

6-month initial contract with a high potential for extension.
Fully remote opportunity within the UK, with any ad-hoc travel expenses covered.
Essential Requirement: Candidates must hold active SC Clearance.

Key Technical Skills:

API & Architecture: Strong skills in RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and event-driven integration using Kafka.
Platform & Ops: Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker for containerisation, alongside a strong understanding of AWS cloud services.
Data & Security: Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and a solid grasp of security principles (IDAM/IdP, SSO, RBAC, SSL/TLS).
Ways of Working: A disciplined approach to CI/CD pipelines and Git best practices, with experience working in agile, multi-disciplinary teams.
