A Public Sector account manager serves as the primary liaison between our client and their public sector clients, specifically in the NHS Ecosystem, ensuring satisfaction and fostering strong relationships. They oversee client accounts, addressing needs, resolving issues, and delivering tailored information and updates to meet client goals. Account managers collaborate with internal teams to align services with client expectations while identifying opportunities to upsell or expand our presence in the account. They monitor performance metrics, provide regular updates, and advocate for the client’s best interests. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills are essential to maintaining trust and driving mutual success. Ultimately, their role is to balance client satisfaction with the company’s objectives, promoting long-term growth.
You will manage a collection of NHS Trusts, working to develop long-term strategies for growth and maintain retention.
