Premier Inn Maidstone is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to be the first point of contact for guests. You will greet guests, help with check-in, answer questions and guide them to local attractions to make their stay enjoyable.
You’ll also assist with breakfast and dinner service, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and work with the team to ensure every guest has a smooth and memorable stay. Shifts vary and the role offers a friendly, dynamic experience.
