We are a well-established and growing construction company specialising in insurance repair and reinstatement works within occupied residential properties. Due to continued growth and new contract awards, we are looking to recruit skilled tradesmen to join our team.
The Role
You will be working predominantly within policyholders' homes, carrying out repair and reinstatement works following insurance claims such as escape of water, fire, impact, and accidental damage.
Expected hours: Full time, 40 hrs per week (Monday-Friday)
Trades We Are Looking For:
- Multi-traders
- Decorators
- Carpenters / Joiners
- Tilers
(Experience across multiple trades is highly advantageous.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out high-quality repair and reinstatement works using hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment.
- Working in occupied properties with care and consideration.
- Ensuring works are completed efficiently and to specification.
- Communicating professionally with policyholders and site managers.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy working environment.
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations at all times.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in your trade (insurance repair experience preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- High attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Willing to wear appropriate PPE and comply with health and safety regulations.
- DBS check required (the company will carry out).
