Overview
We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our store team at Roys of Beccles in Beccles, Suffolk.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing exceptional service to every customer, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Replenishing stock and maintaining well-merchandised displays
- Operating checkouts efficiently and accurately
- Keeping the store clean, tidy, and welcoming
- Supporting across departments as needed, with full training provided
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Flexibility and willingness to support the store and your colleagues in meeting the business needs
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including heavy lifting
This role starts in our Hardgoods department, but you’ll have the opportunity to grow and gain experience across multiple areas of the store.
