Role Description This full-time Regional Sales Manager role is based in Surbiton and follows a hybrid working model, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth across an assigned territory, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities with distributors, partners, and direct customers. Day-to-day activities include conducting client meetings and presentations, negotiating pricing and contracts, forecasting and reporting on sales performance, and collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to support regional initiatives. The role also involves monitoring market trends and competitor activity, refining regional sales strategies, and ensuring that customer needs are addressed promptly and effectively. The Regional Sales Manager is expected to maintain strong, long-term customer relationships and represent ROYPOW Global’s brand and values in all regional engagements.
Qualifications
- Proven regional or territory sales management experience, including account management, business development, and contract negotiation.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, build accurate forecasts, and develop effective sales plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confidence engaging stakeholders at different levels and across diverse customer groups.
- Demonstrated relationship-building skills, with a focus on customer service, stakeholder management, and long-term partnership development.
- Experience working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to manage time effectively and remain self-directed while working both on-site and remotely.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard sales tools (e.g., pipeline management software, Excel, and online collaboration platforms).
- Knowledge of industrial, energy storage, battery solutions, or related technology sectors is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to travel within the region as needed and hold the necessary right to work in the United Kingdom.
