Our client is the UK’s leading independent supplier of Power Station Ash products and is seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Coordinator to join their head office team, based at Drax Power Station. The role will be within a fast-paced environment supporting construction industry clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on coordination, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling incoming calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner
- Processing and taking customer orders accurately
- Arranging transport and coordinating logistics
- Liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, including customers, lorry drivers, and weighbridge personnel
Personal Profile
The ideal candidate will have some experience in logistics or working in a fast-paced work environment. Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel and Word is required. SAP knowledge is desirable, but not essential.
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm | Friday 8:30am–4:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)
