We’re looking for a motivated, organised, and proactive individual to join the team as a Business Support Coordinator. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll provide essential administrative, coordination, and document management support to our Operations and Maintenance teams. You’ll become part of a collaborative Business Support team that plays a key role in keeping the station running smoothly. No two days are the same. From coordinating document reviews and managing file systems to organising meetings, events, and supplies, you’ll be at the heart of daily site operations. You’ll also have opportunities to engage with members of the local community and support wider site activities. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and brings a positive, team-focused approach to their work. If you’re enthusiastic, adaptable, and enjoy building strong working relationships, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging across teams and with external stakeholders
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Experience using SAP or similar procurement/document management systems would be advantageous
  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or document control role
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
  • A professional and confidential approach, particularly within a regulated environment
