We are looking to recruit an outstanding Teacher of Cover & Subject Specialism to promote and facilitate the delivery of excellent teaching and learning to inspire students.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be educated to degree level with QTS.
  • Be able to impart knowledge to young people to engage and excite them in their learning.
  • Be able to develop, plan and deliver effective and consistently good lessons.
  • Love motivating and inspiring young people through the support they give in order to encourage their learning.
  • Have great references demonstrating they are a suitable candidate, safe to work with children.

For established teachers considering middle leadership, we offer a fast-track training programme with a guaranteed interview opportunity for a middle leadership position within the trust as it arises.
