We are hiring a GP Solution Sales professional to lead commercial origination, relationship management, and deal execution for ROYC's General Partner client segment. This role is focused on driving revenue by acquiring new GP clients, expanding existing relationships, and representing ROYC across the private markets ecosystem.

You will work closely with the broader commercial team, product, and GP Solutions to qualify leads, shape compelling value propositions, and close high‐value, multi‐stakeholder commercial opportunities. This is a senior, revenue‐generating role requiring strong industry knowledge, an existing GP network, and proven experience selling into private market institutions.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of relevant commercial experience in private markets, fund services, SaaS for GPs, fund administration, or financial technology.
  • Strong understanding of private markets products and the full value chain — from fundraising to investor servicing and fund operations.
  • Established network across US and/or European GPs (Head of Legal, CFOs, COOs, Head of Fund operations).
  • Experience using modern CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to manage structured pipelines, track KPIs, and optimize conversion.
  • Work with junior Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to qualify leads and do campaigns and outreach.
  • Ability to design and execute multi‐channel outreach cadences — including cold email, LinkedIn automation, warm intros, and event‐driven campaigns.
  • Experience using sales intelligence tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Clay, Apollo) as well as AI‐driven research to expand and refresh the addressable market.
  • Strong understanding of funnel mechanics, sales methodology, and pipeline optimization.
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive — thrives in low‐structure, high‐responsibility environments.
  • Excellent communicator with ability to translate operational pain points into compelling commercial narratives.
  • Team‐oriented, with experience working alongside product, solutions, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Origination & Pipeline Growth – Lead sales efforts targeting GPs across strategies, primarily in Europe including private‐wealth feeders, GP master feeders, UCIII and evergreen/semi‐liquid vehicles (including ELTIFs, LTAFs).
  • Build and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship development.
  • Leverage existing US/EU GP networks to accelerate deal flow and early traction.
  • Full‐Cycle Sales Execution – Manage prospecting, qualification, discovery, pitching, and participate in pricing, negotiation, and closing.
  • Produce solution pitches in partnership with GP Solutions.
  • Run structured RFP and procurement processes.
  • Market Positioning & Relationship Building – Represent ROYC at industry events, conferences, and client workshops.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders at target GPs.
  • Revenue Ownership & Forecasting – Own individual revenue targets and contribute to commercial planning.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and deal status updates.
  • Support pricing strategy, packaging, and positioning for GP‐focused products.
