We are recruiting on behalf of the North & Mid Wales Trunk Road Agent for an opportunity to join their Business Support Team as a Wellbeing Officer.

This role offers the chance for an experienced wellbeing professional to shape and deliver an organisation‑wide wellbeing strategy, helping employees thrive personally and professionally.

The Role

  • Lead and develop initiatives that place employee wellbeing at the heart of the organisation.
  • Work closely with managers, employees and external partners to create a healthy, engaged and resilient workforce.
  • Develop and implement the Agency's Wellbeing Strategy.
  • Create and manage the Wellbeing Hub.
  • Design wellbeing campaigns, workshops and awareness events.
  • Support managers to embed wellbeing into everyday working practices.
  • Analyse staff feedback and wellbeing data to improve services.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation.
  • Produce reports and recommendations for senior management.
  • Promote positive physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

About You

  • Experience within employee wellbeing, occupational wellbeing, HR or organisational development.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong project‑management and organisational abilities.
  • Experience delivering wellbeing initiatives or employee engagement programmes.
  • Ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Excellent report‑writing and presentation skills.
  • A proactive and positive approach to improving workplace culture.
