Team Leader – Lead with Britain’s Oldest Brewer!

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in supporting the General Manager and leading the bar team to deliver outstanding hospitality.

Located in Belgravia, London, the Duke of Wellington is affectionately known to regulars as the ‘Duke of Boots’.

It is a cosy and inviting 19th century pub tucked away behind Sloane Square and the Kings Road.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Lead by example, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members.
  • Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing duties.
  • Motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
  • Ensure the bar is well‑stocked, clean, and compliant with health and safety requirements.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute ideas to improve service and team performance.
