What You’ll Do
- Lead by example, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members.
- Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing duties.
- Motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
- Ensure the bar is well-stocked, clean, and compliant with health and safety requirements.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Contribute ideas to improve service and team performance.
