A warm, energetic, experienced nanny is sought to support a fully staffed household alongside the family’s existing nanny. This is not a sole‑charge care role. The successful candidate will focus on enrichment, outings, developmental play, and creating enjoyable daily experiences for a 2‑year‑old girl while the family is in London.

Full coverage is required for the entire months of June 2026 and August 2026 (no work in July). Please apply only if you can cover both months and the salary offered.

Working hours

Working 6 days per week – Monday is off. Approximately 9:00 am to 9:00 pm with flexibility depending on the family’s daily plans and outings. July is off.

Salary

£220 per day (subject to availability).

Location

Live‑out only; candidate must commute to London – St John's Wood.

Responsibilities
  • Plan fun, age‑appropriate daily activities.
  • Organise outings around London.
  • Take child (with existing nanny) to museums, zoo, parks, picnics, classes, and play spaces.
  • Encourage outdoor play and active engagement.
  • Reading, storytelling, creative play.
  • Keep daily schedule engaging and stimulating.
  • Adapt plans depending on weather, family plans, or travel.

  • Excellent experience with toddlers.
  • Strong knowledge of London and child‑friendly activities.
  • Organised, proactive and creative.

The family would highly value flexibility for occasional travel, such as short trips within the UK or Europe (e.g., Scotland or Austria), where the nanny may be invited to accompany them for several nights. Please only apply if you can join for these trips.

The nanny should be proactive, creative, confident independently organising engaging daily activities, outings, and picnics. She should also be comfortable purchasing any items required for the child’s activities during working hours, with all expenses covered by the family via a provided card.
