Join Our Team as a Revenue Integrity Business Design Lead!
Are you ready to make a significant impact? We seek a strategic thinker to lead our Revenue Integrity Strategy across projects and change initiatives. If you are passionate about driving business change and ensuring financial success, this role is for you!
As the Revenue Integrity Business Design Lead, you will ensure our Revenue Integrity projects and initiatives align with strategic goals affecting Letters, Parcels, International & Parcelforce (Commercial, Operations, and Technology).
About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Revenue Integrity systems through projects focusing on Parcel ‘Count’ Integrity, Letters ‘Count’ Integrity, and Parcel ‘Attribute’ Integrity.
- Maintain financial benefits drivers during project transitions, adapting as needed.
- Lead the Revenue Integrity Design & Change Board, proposing impactful change requests and efficiency opportunities.
- Maintain an overview of the Revenue Integrity environment to ensure timely program and project launches.
- Collaborate with Business Solutions Leads in Technology and other functions to meet requirements.
- Manage scope to meet strategic aims, challenge requirements, and uphold system validity.
- Ensure high-level business requirements are met during project delivery.
About You
Subject Matter Expert:
- Proven experience in delivering designs from concept to implementation in complex organizations, ideally related to Revenue Integrity and minimizing revenue leakage.
- Ability to interpret disconnected documentation and relate it to Revenue Integrity.
- High intellectual curiosity, stakeholder challenge skills, concise business case writing, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong team collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
- Technologically literate, with understanding of different infrastructures and parcel product landscapes preferred.
