About the job
You will be a subject matter expert in your technology tower. You will be responsible for delivering infrastructure improvement programmes with accountability for budgets up to £1 million. You will liaise with numerous stakeholders via recognised governance forums. Key Accountabilities
- Shape and deliver technology-enabled business transformation from concept to deployment.
- Define, communicate, and maintain the strategic roadmap of change across the portfolio.
- Own all IT elements of the business cases created within the scope of the portfolio.
- Build and manage relationships with senior business stakeholders at the Executive Board level and their leadership teams.
- Promote collaborative working practices across business functions, IT directorates, and suppliers to ensure successful alignment and delivery of business and IT priorities.
- Identify and assess complex technical and business ideas, leveraging knowledge of functional domains to identify benefits and provide solution options.
- Create and develop high-performing teams, manage resources, set objectives, and provide performance feedback.
- Coordinate activities and interdependencies, including risk management, integrations, and third-party contributions, to implement complex projects from concept to operations.
- Manage the technology budget and ensure that technology benefits are realized as planned.
